Wow, amazing, incredible… this is how I feel right now to know that my family and I are stepping into what we have waited for… for so long. God has opened up the doors that only He could. After being in ministry for over 20 years, God has led us into the next phase of ministry. Like a newborn who gets a name after it is born; we have felt led to call it “Resplendency”.
Like others who dream and wonder if it will happen, we have dreamt and waited upon the Lord for His perfect will and timing. As is said in Galatians 4:4 “But when the right time came, God sent his Son”. God’s timing is very different from ours but it is always perfect. We are now stepping into an arena where the dream is becoming the reality and there is no more wishful thinking, there is actual doing.
What I so appreciate about this moment is how God continually reveals His faithfulness in all things. We did not just make this happen. This is something He placed in our hearts; a burning desire, passion, if I may say to go forward in helping others on a completely new level. As Philippians 2:3 says, “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.”
So, humbly now, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, I go forward alongside my precious husband of 18 years, and my three children whom God has blessed me with. I stand on His word, which tells me, “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me;” Philippians 4:13 and “I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:14
